1. What is The Lesson Loop?
The Lesson Loop provides ready-to-use lesson plans designed to save teachers time, inspire creativity, and boost classroom engagement.
2. How do I subscribe?
You can purchase a subscription directly on our website. Payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, our trusted payment provider and Merchant of Record. Subscriptions are set to auto-renew (monthly or yearly), but you can cancel anytime (see below).
3. Which payment methods do you accept?
Through Lemon Squeezy, we accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as additional payment methods depending on your location.
4. I made a payment, but I don’t have access. What should I do?
Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the payment to be processed. Please:
- Check your email (including spam/junk) for your confirmation and login details.
- If you still cannot access your account after 10–15 minutes, contact us with your payment receipt from Lemon Squeezy, and we’ll help you as soon as possible.
5. I can’t log in to my account.
If you’re having trouble logging in:
- Double-check your email and password.
- Try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” link.
- Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
- If the issue continues, please contact us.
Logins are available for active subscription customers only. If you made a one-time purchase, you will not have a login account. Please access your lessons through your Lemon Squeezy download link or customer portal.
6. How do I update or cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed through Lemon Squeezy. You can update your payment details or cancel your subscription anytime via the customer portal link you received in your confirmation email. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not issue refunds for unused time.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Since our resources are digital and immediately accessible, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access, please reach out to our support team, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
If you are in the EU or UK, your statutory rights (including cooling-off periods where applicable) are not affected.
8. Can I use The Lesson Loop materials with my students?
Yes! All our lesson plans are designed for classroom and online teaching use. You may not redistribute or resell them, but you are free to use them with any of your students.
9. Will you expand beyond ESL lessons?
Yes, our goal is to add additional language teaching resources in the future to support more educators worldwide.
10. How do I contact support?
For any technical issues, subscription questions, or billing concerns, please contact us via the contact form. Our team usually responds within 1-2 business days.
11. How can I delete my account?
We respect your right to request deletion of your personal data. If you’d like to delete your account, please contact our support team through the contact form.
- If you have an active subscription, we are required to keep your account active until the subscription period ends, after which we can fully delete your account.
- If you do not have an active subscription, we will process your deletion request as soon as possible.
