Welcome to The Lesson Loop. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

The Lesson Loop offers subscription-based and/or one-time purchase access to:

  • Ready-to-use lesson plans.
  • Supportive teaching resources designed to save time and improve classroom engagement.
  • Future expansion to additional language learning resources.

Please note that some lesson libraries (e.g., Dutch lesson plans) are currently only available via one-time purchase.

Our mission is to support educators with high-quality, ready-to-use tools while fostering creativity and success in classrooms worldwide.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include Spanish VAT.
  • All transactions are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy, Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made on our website.
  • Lemon Squeezy is responsible for processing payments, billing, invoicing, and handling applicable taxes (including VAT/IVA in the European Union).
  • Customers will receive invoices and receipts directly from Lemon Squeezy.
  • By purchasing from us, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Subscriptions(available for English lesson plans) renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • In accordance with Spanish law, customers will be notified at least 15 days before any automatic renewal.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Under Spanish consumer law (RDL 1/2007), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription/one-time purchases within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been accessed or downloaded.
  • If digital content has been accessed, you waive this withdrawal right.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through Lemon Squeezy, in accordance with their refund policy.
  • The Lesson Loop does not directly process payments or refunds but may assist with inquiries regarding content access.

5. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Use materials for personal and classroom use only.
  • Not copy, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit our lesson plans without written consent.
  • Respect all copyrights and intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All lesson plans, resources, texts, graphics, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of The Lesson Loop. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with:

  • GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), and
  • Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Your personal data is collected for subscription management, payments, and communication. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us at info@thelessonloop.com.

We do not share personal data with third parties except for essential service providers (e.g., payment processors).

8. Marketing and Communications

If you subscribe to marketing emails, you may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our resources are provided “as is” without guarantee of specific outcomes.
  • We are not liable for technical issues, temporary service interruptions, or indirect damages.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Spanish law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
